German fee manager will manage client properties with cloud-based solution
MAINZ (Germany), April 21, 2021 – Founded in 2015, Redhead Real Estate manages over 1 million m² of logistics and industrial park assets in Germany. The company has adopted Yardi’s cloud-based platform to manage client properties.
Redhead will adopt Yardi® Voyager for commercial property management, which combines property management and accounting with ownership and financials. Redhead will also adopt Yardi® Procure to Pay, a centralised procurement solution that includes vendor management and compliance, automated procurement and electronic invoice processing.
