Real Estate Data Strategies
In August 2020, KPMG reached out to a broad array of real estate firms for its first-ever data strategy survey.
The initiative covered companies worldwide, including the Americas, the UK, Continental Europe and Asia and spanned a range of company types and sizes. The data strategy study focuses on gaining an understanding of data management trends in the real estate industry. The overarching goal was to identify how real estate companies are approaching data strategy, the challenges these companies face, and how far along they are on their data strategy journeys.
