We’re excited to introduce you to Kyra Breinburg, technical account manager, CSD Team, Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Kyra was born and raised Paramaribo, Suriname and moved to the Netherlands in 2015 to study.
Kyra completed 2 years of Pharmacy school, before realising she would much rather be studying Finance. After some contemplation she made the switch and completed her degree in Economics and Business Economics in 2020.

| What do you most like to do when you are not working? | I love binge watching TV shows and spending time with family and friends |
| What is your favourite piece of technology and why? | Right now I’d have to say my Apple Watch. Especially while I’ve been working from home. I think a lot of people, including myself, have lead sedentary lifestyles over the past year due to the various lockdowns. I’m oddly competitive sometimes, so closing rings on my Apple Watch really motivates me to get active |
| What do you love most about the real estate industry? | I like how broad the industry is. Before starting at Yardi, I never really considered how many different facets it includes |
| If you could jump on a plane right now, where would you go? | If I could go anywhere right now, I’d either go home to Suriname to see my family and friends or I’d go to Cape Town, South Africa |
| What’s your favourite thing to eat? | Chinese dishes are probably my favourite |
| What is your favourite mobile app? | It’s not quite as popular as it used to be, but Twitter is my favourite |
