We’re excited to introduce you to Sonia Brahimi, solutions consultant in Yardi’s Paris office. Sonia recently joined the team at the start of June and loves to travel. We asked Sonia a range of questions so you could get to know her better.

| What excites you about working with Yardi? | The most exciting thing about working with Yardi is to have the chance to provide a complete solution to our clients, to help them to grow and to succeed in their businesses. |
| What was your previous role? | I worked as a surveyor in the valuation department of CBRE. |
| What do you most like to do when you are not working? | When I am not working, you can usually find me in a train station or at the airport. I like to travel, to discover new places and meet new people. |
| What is your favourite piece of technology and why? | Smartphone, be able to stay connected even on the other side of the world is such an incredible thing. |
| What do you love most about the real estate industry? | I love that everyone has had their own experience with real estate before, whether professional or personal. We have all been a tenant at one time, perhaps an owner, and had a direct or indirect connection with real estate in general. Everybody is or will be concerned. |
| If you could jump on a plane right now, where would you go? | Definitely to Iceland, it is one of my dream destinations since there are so many beautiful landscapes. |
| What’s your favourite thing to eat? | Pasta but more globally Italian food (pizza, gnocchi, lasagne…) |
| What is your favourite mobile app? | GPS and Pinterest for the inspiration. |
| Tell us a unique fact about yourself | I am passionate about interior design (browsing flea markets and designer stores in my spare time) and often find the slightest excuse to completely redecorate my apartment… |
