German-based real estate company will utilise cloud-based solution for investment and asset management
MAINZ, (Germany), July 13 2022 – CELLS Group, a real estate developer and investment partner with offices in Berlin, Munich and Frankfurt, has selected Yardi® to help consolidate business data, automate complexities and utilise one source of truth for the entire value chain of the company.

The company will implement solutions from Yardi’s Commercial Suite and Yardi’s Investment Suite. These will allow CELLS Group to move away from disparate systems and to map the development of real estate projects on a single platform, starting with the purchase of properties, through repositioning and reconstruction, to rental and sustainable asset management. Yardi will also help to digitise business operations and further develop the company’s financial processes.
